Year 12 Food and Technology
This term Year 12 Food and Technology students have been busy producing items for their SAT folio.
All students have worked hard to design, plan and prepare a range of dishes to meet the needs of their design briefs. This year students have developed a range of scenarios from an Indian themed fundraiser, a Broadsheet review for a new inner-city café to a high-tea menu for first class passengers on British Airways.
As you can imagine the production sessions have been a hive of activity with everyone working carefully to prepare and present their dishes. I have been impressed with their creativity and preparedness and would like to congratulate all students on their efforts so far.
