After practising a range of food preparation processes, Year 10 Advanced Foods launched into individual design briefs focusing on producing finger food for a specific occasion such as Footy presentation night, Mum’s birthday, Christmas night nibbles. Students had to incorporate at least one complex process into their production, serve 5 portions of the product and present the finger food in a manner appropriate to the specifications outlined in the design brief.
