The early hours of April 25th was cold and windy and started with a 3am wake-up call for everyone. The Dawn Service at Villers-Bretonneux began at 5.30am and the students braved the elements to sing the hymns and the two National Anthems. In the words of one parent, “They did us proud!”.

Throughout the seventeen days, there was much fun and laughter and many sombre and touching moments too. We set out as two separate groups but came home as one unified team. It was a huge learning experience for all of us and one that we will remember for a very long time.
