I recently competed in the National Taekwondo Championships in Brisbane. It was a 5 day camp from the 1st of October to the 5th of October. I fought a Samoan girl from New Zealand, she was the same belt as me (blue) and our age group was 14 – 17’s. It was 3 rounds by 2 minutes. By the second round my score had bumped up and I ended up winning 7 – 1 point difference. It was a great feeling winning; it shows that all the extra training sessions had helped me.

I enjoyed it a lot and I’m hoping for the same results next year!
