Dunlop Camp 2016
The Dunlop Camp was a huge success with all the students and staff having a great time.
The students were impeccably behaved and even allowed the teachers to get some sleep. The favourite activity was no doubt, surfing and we may have a few aspiring Mick Fannings and Layne Beachelys after the camp.
It was fantastic to see all the students having a go at all the activities, and contributing to meals and clean up. Both the Year 7 and 8 students assimilated well, with a number of Year 8 students helping out and supporting the Year 7’s in various activities. The other highlight was the annual Dunlop Cup with teams locked in fierce but fair competition to win the prestigious title, which was won by the Whales group.
We also want to acknowledge the Year 10 peer support leaders for all their hard work during camp.
